Book Direct and SAVE!

We encourage our guests to BOOK DIRECT  (see link above). 

It's a great way to eliminate those hefty booking fees!  

On average, we estimate you'll save 8% - 15% when booking directly with us.

CLEANING FEE:  Our $350 Cleaning Fee is passed directly over to our housekeeping team and is excluded from any promotional discounts.

PAYMENT TERMS:  25% of the total is required to secure your reservation. 

50% of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.  

For your protection, all invoicing is processed through Stripe. We do not accept credit cards or personal checks directly.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

100% Refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival 

50% Refundable if cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival

NOTE: A 5% Cancellation Fee will be withheld to offset the payment processing fees charged by Stripe.

⛱  OUR GIFT TO YOU: We provide a complimentary Beach Setup (Mar-Oct) that includes two chairs and one umbrella...a savings of $50+ per day!

SALES TAX:  Florida Sales Tax for our area is 12%. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT:  For Direct Bookings, we do require a $500 Security Deposit, which is fully refundable 24-48 hours after departure. The deposit will be invoiced separately once your reservation has been accepted. 

OTHER TERMS:

• Minimum Age to book is 25 years old. We're sorry but we no longer make exceptions to this rule.
• Minimum Night Stays apply during peak season
• Maximum Occupancy 10, excluding infants
• No Pets * No Smoking * No Exceptions
• Check-In: 4:00pm * Check-Out: 10:00am
