Enjoy the Coastal Breezes of Florida
Relax on either of our two screened-in verandas and enjoy the cool breezes. Each veranda faces east, making it the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise, read your favorite book, or enjoy an afternoon nap.
The first floor veranda is accessible from the foyer or the main living area. As you step out from the main living area you'll find a wicker dining table and chairs, with ceiling fans and lighting...the perfect place to enjoy a game of cards with friends!
The second floor veranda is accessible from the King Bedroom or the Loft Area, and also has ceiling fans and lighting.
From the King Bedroom, slip outside and relax at the bistro table with a glass of wine before heading to bed. In the morning, relax in one of the two Adirondack chairs with a book and a cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise.
Gather Outside and Enjoy the Florida Sunshine
When you're in Florida, you'll want to stay outside all day!
Relax on the paved patio that parallels our driveway. This area is furnished with casual seating that includes four Adirondack chairs and a 4-person patio table.
Facing south and tucked beneath a shady pergola and beautiful palm trees, this area offers filtered sunshine throughout the day and is easily accessible from the kitchen or the front entrance.
While you're cooking up a meal oun our complimentary 3-burner Weber grill, use the short paved path along the fence line for easy access to the kitchen. And with no rear-facing neighbors, this is truly a quiet and private area for relaxing.
This area is adorned with lush planters showcasing native Florida foliage. We feel it's the perfect spot for relaxing in the evening or enjoying a cup of coffee as the sun comes up!
