About Coastal Breeze Retreat...
Coastal Breeze Retreat is a luxury vacation home located in the sought-after, gated Emerald Shores community in beautiful Miramar Beach, Florida.
This three-bedroom private home, has a cozy bunk loft area, a Queen sleeper sofa, a pack-and-play, and two-and-a-half bathrooms. The spacious layout can comfortably accommodate 8-10 guests.

All our bedrooms are located on the second floor and offer first-class linens, extra pillows, blankets, ceiling fans, USB- and Smart TVs, creating your own private retreat!
- The King Bedroom faces east and has a private bathroom PLUS a convenient workspace for our remote workers. And, in the closet you'll find a complimentary pack and play (with mattress and sheets) for our smaller guests. This spacious bedroom opens onto the veranda, where you'll find a small bistro table for enjoying the coastal breeze as you catch the sunrise.
- The first Queen Bedroom faces south and has a private entrance to the hallway bathroom. This full bathroom also has a separate hallway entry from the small dressing area.
- The second Queen Bedroom faces west and is located across the hall from the bathroom, next to the first Queen Bedroom.
- The Loft Area is located across from the King Bedroom, and is furnished with Twin Bunk Beds, a TV, loveseat, and dresser. This spacious area opens onto the front veranda where you can relax on Adirondack chairs with a good book.
On the first floor in the main living area you'll find a Queen-size Sleeper Sofa. Bedding for the sleeper sofa can be found in the upstairs linen closet.
Enjoy the Coastal Breezes of Florida
Relax on either of our two screened-in verandas and enjoy the cool breezes. Each veranda faces east, making it the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise, read your favorite book, or enjoy an afternoon nap.
The first floor veranda is accessible from the foyer or the main living area. As you step out from the main living area you'll find a wicker dining table and chairs, with ceiling fans and lighting...the perfect place to enjoy a game of cards with friends!
The second floor veranda is accessible from the King Bedroom or the Loft Area, and also has ceiling fans and lighting.
From the King Bedroom, slip outside and relax at the bistro table with a glass of wine before heading to bed. In the morning, relax in one of the two Adirondack chairs with a book and a cup of coffee as you watch the sun rise.
Gather Outside and Enjoy the Florida Sunshine
When you're in Florida, you'll want to stay outside all day!
Relax on the paved patio that parallels our driveway. In this area, we offer casual seating and a three-burner Weber grill.
Facing south and tucked beneath the beautiful palm trees, this area gets the most sun throughout the day and is easily accessible from the kitchen or the lower enclosed veranda.
NEW in 2025...We recently enhanced our outdoor patio and grilling area with a small grassy yard...perfect for relaxing in the sun under our beautiful shady palm tree!
While you're cooking up a meal, follow the short paved path along the fence line for easy access to the kitchen. With no rear-facing neighbors, this is truly a quiet and private area for relaxing.
⭐BONUS: The kiddos will enjoy our quiet cul-de-sac...perfect for a quick game of kickball or catch!
Family-Friendly Recreation
Our family LOVES to play games when we get together. When you stay at Coastal Breeze Retreat you'll find fun activities and games for all ages.
Like....a shuffleboard table on the main floor, a PS4 gaming console in the living room, a stock of popular games like Jenga, Yahtzee, Uno, Life, Sorry, Florida-opoly, Chess, Checkers, cards, dice, and even poker chips!
For the active ones in your group we have two tennis rackets and a sleeve of tennis balls, a soccer ball, a basketball, and (new in 2025) two pickleball paddles and balls! Head around the corner on the north side of our house to enjoy these activities.

We've Got You Covered!
You have enough to pack for your vacation. So we've tried to include all the extras to make your stay fun and memorable.
From March through October, we provide one complimentary reserved beach setup with two chairs and umbrella (provided by La Dolce Vita). Additional chairs or umbrellas can be reserved through LDV. Check in with our dedicated beach attendant for assistance.
We also provide a complimentary beach wagon and rolling cooler for your day at the beach, the pool, or maybe even a day trip to explore the coastline.
In the laundry room you'll find a stack of beach towels to use at the community pools or at the beach.
